The true King of Winter-een-mas is Ethan. He, however, is a fictional character. Thus, the "real world" has no WEMas king.

My opinion: all those supporting the holiday (i.e. spreading it without harming its reputation or commercializing/ exploiting it) may be known as its true kings and queens.
