As we all know, congo rats has become (at least, sort of) the official SeeD congratulations, thanks to our very own Bigrat!

(Er, I think so, correct me if I'm wrong, hehe.

) However, we've been going for quite a long time without an official smiley! Now isn't there something wrong with that...

So, ladies and gentlemen, without further ado...

Elvis, the dancing rat!

Hopefully, we can get this added as an emote. However, if someone knows how to edit animated .gif's, he/she might want to make the background transparent, and possible shrink it a bit. If that is done, thanks quite a bit.

Technically, it was me, but I didn't invent it... back in my early days of EQ, I was wandering through Greater Feydark (Faydark? Don't even remember how it's spelled anymore

), someone yelled "DING!" (Translation for non-EQers: "I gained a level!"), and someone responded with "Congo rats!"

To this day I don't know whether it was a typo, but who cares, Congo Rats is a cool phrase

Those who will remember, will speak fondly of the warm morning breeze.

Cant really get out that white outline.. its a helluva lot of work too

and i dont know if theres a quick way to do it
