I'm not usually scared of them. However waking up, pulling the sheets back and seeing a white-tail sitting on my bare leg was pretty scary.
Or waking up to a huge huntsman walking accross my neck...

What's wrong with you all! They're cool!
Bad, bad, bad. Wrong, wrong, wrong.
Spider=Bug ARACHNID
Arachnid= Tick, Scorpion, Spider etc.
The only spiders I don't like (and the only poisonous spiders in my area) are black widows and brown recluses. But I still catch them and add them to my spider collection, drop in a fly every once in a while that I catch.

by "BUG" i meant a little creepy crawly thing. Small, but more than 4 legs. (6-8)
Overwhelmed as one would be, placed in my position.

Everyone has arachnaphobia. Mainly in my opnion because they have 8 legs which is 6 more than we regularly see. Once you get used to them (like if you work with them or something) then the fear goes away.
Sure they always scareya if they surprise you, but that goes for anything else, including people.

I don't like them, but I'm not really that afraid of them. My mom is extremely scared of them, which is strange because she's in the woods all the time.
My favorite bugs are the praying mantis and the daddy long leg.
