All games available in our arcade, to our knowledge, have been legally modified and distributed for use in the feature. We have not decompiled or modified any games, nor are we in any way a distributor of such files.

However, in the unlikely case that our sources have distributed an illegally modified file...

We do not wish to cause any trouble with our arcade, however I am required to post this due to the scattered illegal files among the many legitimate ones. We try to check the legality of a file before installing it, however there is obviously a chance that one which was wrongly distributed may get through. We don't wish to make them available and will do what we can to keep the arcade clean of such files.
