hi i joined track i love running so i wont b active much. i hvent been active for the past week sry 4 that its cuz i was getting surgery on my neck to fix the car injury problem. well im fine now and i can run. ill b much more active after track

Heh, I'm in track too spike, what are you doing? I'm just doing 150m and 250m sprints, as well as some relays.

I'm doing outdoor track in the spring, dunno what event(s) I'mm gonna do yet. Running actually is fun since you can not put effort into it when you're tired that day (bluetongue.gif) and talk with other kids that run at the same speed as you. Plus you get to go all over the place. For cross country we ran workouts all over town (average of 6 miles).

Bleh, we're starting up track again in the spring... I'll take a look at it, but my stamina is that of a three year old. icon_sweatdrop.gif Bleh...

Hey,

I know I'm not very active anymore and that is cuz well....Track...It is the best sport, period, only your skill against the man/woman next to ya....been running for 3 years now (sprinter 100's 200's 400's) and love it to the fullest extent! If u need any pointers on workouts or technique lemme know and I'll be glad to help. Prob better if u Pm me cuz I don't check the forums that often..TheSmile.gif Anyway, Good to here I have fellow runners amongst the clan!
