Well, there are definite examples of this. I mean, I'm sure we've all heard of aphrodesiacs, things that trigger more of a romantic feeling. Though I haven't heard of any technical terms for this kind of thing, I'm sure they exist.

When it comes to the weather, I find people are often more... free-spirited when it's sunny out, while days seem to go by a bit slower and actions are more... robotic on cloudy/rainy days.

Hmmm... Well it's fairly well known that many animals are more in tune with slight fluctuations in air pressure (such as the drop in pressure before it rains) than humans are, probably a survival trait. Perhaps some humans are better at that sort of thing than others. The human brain is notoriously bad at dealing with things like that, and will often make itself heard through really odd ways (such as making your knee hurt )

you don't actually 'smell' the rain. You just sense that smells are a lot stronger because of the difference in humidity and air pressure.

The way weather goes almost always determines my mood. Like today, gray skies and rain, I don't feel too great. It's the perfect setting for a gloomy mood.

Sunny days, unless something horrible happens, I'm almost always in a good mood.

With me, it differentiates with the events and the weather.

Songs and weather have a large impact on people's mood.
People tend to feel sad in winter and cloudy skies, and they feel happy or just "good" in spring and summer.

Ever noticed how a lot of people get depressed during long winters?
Or how people go out more when it's sunny than when it's cloudy?

Songs affect the mind quite a bit, too. People are happier after hearing light-hearted songs and get irritable after a heavy, grating song.

i can sometimes smell the rain coming, just not that often. and im always happy in winter, i get annoyed more in the summer. im immune to the cold, and i love rain ^_^ besides which, im immune to cold, just ask goto. i can be wearing shorts and a tshirt at 0 degrees celcius and still not be cold

Weather changes affect my mood, but only the change. The sudden change in air pressure (either direction) gives me a headache. I'm a bit more accurate than the TV weather people when you combine headaches with actually looking at the clouds.Other than that, I generally prefer overcast days to sunny days.

As for songs, it depends how I'm already feeling, unless I've not heard it before (if it's sad).

i like it not too cold and not too hot its really fun
