well, i think she means is just pal around with her for a while, and then maybe in the future you will get your chance with her, but for now it just seems wierd.

My advice is to not ruin your friendship. There isn't any purpose for drama like that and you need a good friend.

I will personally tell you that a best friend is alot better than a girl that you may not even know a year down the road. Most child "hook ups" (won't even call them relationships) don't last more than a month.

Another thing you need to do is realize that love isn't about you. If you love her then you will let her do what she wants to do. Love is not selfish, and although you may agree, think about the things you say. If you truley love her, you will let her travel the path that will make her happy, not the path that will make you happy.

Sparks, keep this friendship alive. Extend the olive branch. Dude, true friendship lasts a lifetime, so keep this one. And I can /tell/ you that R2K is a great friend. He says /nothing/ against you. He doesn't even remotely come close to seriously insulting you. All he might say is that you're immature or selfish, but when things are true they aren't insults, now are they, and he knows his own faults.

Don't let your love for me (which may not last) cloud something that is so precious. Love is like war: easy to begin, hard to end. Keep this friendship and fight for it. Don't fight R2K's friendship, because it's always been there and you should take it. Don't fight the force, maaaan!
