never had a break or sprain, but have had a few dislocations in my right arm (idiots at my martial art's not knowing what the words PULL THE ARMSHOCK is
. and one was from a very dangerous course, and i got away lucky with just a dislocation
) but i should probably have a broken neck or something with the close calls i have had. not complaining though, im still in once piece.

I get dislocations on a daily basis, sometimes up to a 100 times a day. Can you think why? Its no riddle, I really do get dislocations.
that would actually worry me, it isnt good in the long term. or the medium term. i would like, get it looked at or something. or eat more calcium style stuff.

Fractured both the bones in my left wrist about 10 years ago, but it wasn't all that serious. Nothing else, I've been fairly fortunate. One other time I thought my right arm was broken, but it was just a really nasty sprain. Was bike riding along a path, and some other bikerider dashed straight in front of me, I hit their back wheel. I went half-flying off the bike, threw out my hands to break my fall and only landed on one hand due to coming off the bike at an angle. Almost snapped the bone, still had a fair bit of forward momentum.
And then the bike fell on my leg.

I've got a double joint in my thumb which makes me able to dislocate it and bring it back painlessly.
And now we have the quote of the day, from greenl2l: PLONGED!!!

Almost been hit by a car, which would have broken alot of things.
But nope. Never broken any bones, never fractured.
Sprained my ankle once during football.

Overwhelmed as one would be, placed in my position.
