Okay it has been debated before and sides were counted over and over but I do remember someone saying he was but here's my thing:

1) Why would your parents not allow you to be on a forum just because someones avatar is about two homosexuals? Okay they may not agree with it but who says you do? I know parents tend to overreact but he does have a right to do have it there.

2) I don't personally agree with homosexuals, but I do have friends who are, and another thing is it's called discrimination - telling him to remove it because of it having two homosexuals is discrimination.

3) However Alex they do have a right to say something, because as people have said before anyone may bring something up if they're nice about it, so basically my point is that I think Alex does have a right to have it but he should also be considering about people and their parents.

However what I don't get is how someone could get mad at you just because someone else has a picture of two guys kissing, afterall you're not exactly looking at it alone, and it ain't that big plus it's only them kissing it's really not that bad. However please note I do know that parents can/are over protective so yeah basically I'm saying I think we can all get along if we just speak to each other calmly 'tis all.

Unless otherwise changed by cspace's authority, I say he has a right to post his avatar here. It is within the legal letter of the law for two topless men to be kissing in his picture. it is however not legal for women to be topless, so dont try to take this in that way. Is it fair? No, probably not. Is it the legal view? Yes, it is. So respect Dark Alex's right to post whatever avatar he wants.

I understand some of you may be in trouble with your parents for them seeing it, but really, it is his freedom of expression, and I could be the nazi admin and say we keep the pics to cats and bunnies, but I will stick with the legal view.

I will however ask Dark Alex, that if he could change the pics, it would be welcome because as you can see, it is causing a big ruckus, and I wouldnt like to lose members over it. I wont force you however because it is your choice. I dont really care what you post so long as it is legal. it is your right, whether the rest of the board may like it or not.
