FFVII - Cid, NOT the Venus Gospel, his "ultimate" weapon. The Flayer attained from the Gold Saucer Speed Square has a higher attack power.
FFIX - Freya, Dragon's Hair - not the Kain's Lance found in the last dungeon, the Dragon's Hair attained through the Chocobo sidequest is stronger.
