Hi, welcome to SeeD. 
Things to do with Runescape go in SeeD Inn, or in the Runescape boards lower down. You can only be muted by a player mod, that's a normal player that Jagex trusts enough to give them some responsibility and power. They have a silver crown next to their name, and shouldn't be muting you unless you're insulting people or trying to scam people. Not sure how long you get muted for, but I assume it's no more than a day.
Oh, and next time when you want to add something on to your post just after you make it, it'd make things much easier if you hit the little 'edit' button and did it that way. Just a helpful tip.
