There's a guy on the other forums I go on who does quests at as low combat level as he can. He's aiming to do Legends at around 35 - 40 combat.

Look:

Those are all he's posted pics for, he's currently working to do Underground pass at level 12 combat.

It's a fake. You need 30 theiving or something like that to do the Fued, and he is only 1 thieving...

Seeing as he claims he did "the fued", whatever that is, at combat level 8 and he's level 6 in that picture, one might assume he did it AFTER that picture was taken, giving him time to raise his thieving.

My question is, how do you fight something that hits level 60's for 11+ damage, when you only have 11 hp, and low magic and range?

Most of those quests unless you've dealt either all damage or the majority of the damage, it doesn't count.
