Example: I was asking Stacy out to the Macaroni Grill for Friday. I was thinking of picking her up giving her flowers kiss after date etc. Then Jeremy (gay guy) came up to us and said, " are we still on for our date on Friday Nick?" Then i socked him...... now i am suspended for Sexual Harrasment. He should be the one in trouble.

So hitting someone because they try to come on to you despite you telling them not to is a hate crime? That's infinitely more discriminatory than any assertions us anti people have made.

A guy continually hits on a girl that's told him no, he gets slapped. And can be sued for sexual harassment.

But a guy hitting a gay guy that continually tries to get with him despite being told not to is a hate crime. Hate crime laws at all are such a complete hypocrisy that it's unbelievable.

This is exactly what I'm talking about. People are coming to call reaction in the same way that one would to a straight person of the opposite sex a "hate crime." This is discrimination, EXACTLY AS I STATED WOULD BEGIN TO HAPPEN. Unbelievable.

Geez, California must suck even more than it did when I was there last summer.

Hate crimes are discriminatory by their very nature, as is affirmative action. If I were gay and were hitting on a cute guy over-zealously(I phrased it like that to get myself into character...), and the guy kicked my butt (assuming I'm somehow a lesser fighter because I'm gay, even though a few of the gay kids I know are stronger than me), I wouldn't press any kind of charge on him. He has every right to rid me of his presence. I was making him feel unconmfortable and sexually intimidating him, and he has the right to end me doing so. It is in NO WAY a hate crime. Now I feel gay... oh Alex!

Not true. I dislike gays because they go against what moves society forward. They are part of the new age "lack of accountability" hedonist movement primarily led by modern hippies, using propaganda to distort information and mislead people.

And I doubt that most people that dislike gays have any vendetta; some think it's disgusting, others just wrong, others may agree with me that it's simply not productive and goes against society as a whole. It looks as though you are the more judgmental here.
