Of course, it requires m4d l33t s0ld3r1ng sk1llz, an Altoids tin, $50 worth of parts, and CF cards... but pretty cool nontheless. (This guy's working on MiniMintyMP3, which will be cheaper, smaller, easier to build, and using SD/ MMC cards instead of CF.)

Heh, to be honest I have no experience with flash-based players, so I don't know.
Those who will remember, will speak fondly of the warm morning breeze.
