Bigbro, it is illegal when Cspace says they aren't allowed on the forums and they still "break in", doesn't matter what the reason is. If it continues, their ISP will be called.

They don't break in, they just use a common proxy. If you're so stressed out about it, just ban all public proxies from the forums with a script...
