QUOTE
of course, i'm not referring to ALL of those people as ignorant. just the ones that possess characteristics like the ones mentioned above.
you conveniently skipped over this little statement. i'm not saying that all of you from rural states are hillbillies that have farmhouse orgies every saturday. i only consider ignorant those who won't open up their minds to at least acknowledge convincing ideas (like the diehard fundamentalists who think Charles Darwin was the devil) and those who stick to obsolete and stupid traditions like hanging up the Confederate flag - and a lot of these people just happen to originate in the rural areas i'm talking of.
QUOTE
Just stop calling everyone ignorant and poorly educated, that argument won't fly here.
since when did my argument consist of calling people ignorant and poorly educated? i mentioned that as a sidenote. even if it werent true, would my argument be changed in any significant way? the fact still remains that the majority of the country is opposed to gay marriage. this information comes from polls conducted by three separate reputable media sources; you can argue that a margin of error does exist, but an 18% error from three averaged results is highly unlikely considering that the news sources do take measures to randomize the participants as thoroughly as possible - i will look further into this if someone wishes. whether farmers have Ph.D. degrees and/or have sex with livestock has no pertinence to the point i'm making. like Sproogle said, let's keep on topic here.

I'll send in my first opinion for this 20-pager.
No gay marriage ban since there's enough people on earth.
I personally think being gay is just some psychological thing where you think you like the same gender as your own and then commit to it.
No gay marriage ban since there's enough people on earth.

so Ech your english and your not a Christian.. okay.... Anyway back on topic.
I still don't think they should have gays marrying each other. The world was MEANT for female and males. not M w/ M or the opposite. It was "nature" who did it. I mean look at plants they have reproductive systems too and they are female and male too.
If there is a gay marriage law that they can, US might as well throw in marrying a animal and inanmiate object like a milk jug.

No ban. And your opinions really don't matter, since it is becoming a more mainstream thing, that is definately for sure, so not too far into the future there will be a lot more support for the pro-gay movement. God forbid the government give everyone equality and not discriminate towards a minority.
And I think religion is fair game to be debated in a gay debate, since that is the basis for a lot of people's opinions.

thats what I frekain' said! Anyway, The way I see it, Gays have more female hormones that hetero men and lesbians have more male hermones then hetero girls. But even though that could be a "Born with" thing it's a choice. Everything is choice, the world revolves around it. eerything is choice. So, being born gay and never acting on it is oen thing, being gay and acting on it is another.

So far it hasn't been proven so you can't say its genetic. If your so curious you go do it. I don't think its genetic , its just something social in the "new" age.
Just think about it, how many gays were in the past centuries? I wouldn't think a lot. However maybe something happended in the gene pool last century and caused this to spring up more. That is a theory.
