Ok, clown, first:
Lots of people don't really play Runescape anymore, so doing it on Runescape isn't the best idea.
English time is like 8 or so hours ahead of pacific, so that about 5:00 A.M. for me, and 8:00 A.M. for Eastern, and I'm not sure about everyone else, but I like sleeping in on Saturdays and Sundays, for waking up at 8:00 wouldn't really be fun.
Our cape color is blue
We would kinda be doing stuff about the site as a whole, not just that stuff. Specially giving away stuff
Yeah, I'm bored, so I decided to post in a random topic.

guys about the meetings, im gunna keep track of the posts, and find out how I can get get included in the meetings. But due to the fact i live in this hotel.. im limited to what I can see

For the RS faction meetings, but members who potentially do not even have characters there would not be likely to want to attend.

Yeah, when it comes to it right now... There are quite a few people who are here in SeeD who aren't the biggest Runescape enthusiasts. Myself included, actually.
At any rate, I think the chat is our best bet at this point, if we're going to officially get them started. (Translation: When Cspace says so.

No one says there can't be meetings in Runescape (we had one a few nights ago).
It just has to be considered a RS faction meeting because that's what it realistically is

I was in chat just yesterday and I found it a lot of fun. 
It would only be the first/most part of the SeeD meetings though. We can just have discussions and then organize everyone into the games they're going to move into for the meeting. Like a some people go in RS, some go in EQ, etc.
