None was secret. You weren't around to hear it any way. 
The only reason why we have the MD is to discuss things without the voiced opinion of everyone...Too many voices can be too much hassel sometimes. 
Usually tends to go hand in hand with prejudiced decisions too.

Yeah, we had a pretty lengthy talk over it. It should have only been a one-day suspension by a Smod (to be lengthened by an Admin/Gmod if they thought it necessary). However it was an honest mistake, and Cspace ended up leaving the 5-day thing on there because he thought it was justified anyway.
But yeah, you were warned twice for the same thing because two smods saw it and warned you at the same time, you'd be surprised how often that happens.

Yep, the situations aren't secret, we just keep the discussions of the situation in MD so that they don't go on for 20+ pages and start further conflicts (has happened before).
