- Added the town Vianaara to Faeronn

- Added Sprites and Fay to the list of playable races

- Balanced trader-constructed weapons a little bit, while Dark and Light weapons are still stronger they are not way out there like Soldier weapons anymore (which are intended to be that powerful since they rely entirely on equipment and don't have abilities).
