Well, I'm pretty sure that typing your IP address into the address bar of your browser can bring up some options and information on your connection... But what to do with that, I dunno.
Just for future notice, the best way to find out your own IP is to do the following:
1) Go to start
2) Run
3) Either type 'ipconfig' or 'cmd'
4) (ONLY IF YOU TYPED CMD) type in 'ipconfig'
Either way, depending on your version of windows, you should see your IP. Remeber don't use the ' or the ' when typing them. That should give you all your information.
You're not hooking it up through your computer, are you?
Overwhelmed as one would be, placed in my position.
Such a heavy burden now to be "The One".
Born to bear and read to all the details of our ending
To write it down for all the world to see.
i had 2 modems that was the problem... im not used to "new" technology (ive been living in the stone age )... mainly b/c until lately i havent been able to afford it. solution: get a router and a crap load of cable (50 ft)
