It is allowed in the few dedicated GCW threads outside the insanity board, and it is a free-for-all in the insanity board. Basically all of this outside the insanity board is contained in these threads, can be easily ignored by anyone not interested in viewing it regardless of how much activity these threads receive. In the board index they are the same size as anything else.

Also we cannot use a hosted forum for anything official. They are won in contests, and along with it so is moderation over it. We cannot set the precedent that they could unconditionally receive modship over these kinds of events and whatnot. And there will be actual events/contests of sorts relating to this, just haven't come yet. If any of this is being moved anywhere, it would be to the insanity board. But these three threads may remain in CZ.

CZ was, after all, created for light and humorous discussions (even just chatting, which is where the name came from). Nothing serious as long as there is some topic and something isn't obviously purely spam, and this isn't an exception.
