Many of you know that many forms of fighting have occured over the Seed Forums. These fights range from an idea made by a member where the other person doesnt like it, all the way to Seed's attitudes getting in the way of their relationships with others.

Every single fight that is brought upon the attention of other Seeds, makes the fight seem much larger. It doesn't help to post about your differences and make other Seed's feel bad.

Some rules to follow -

1) DO NOT talk about other Seed's in a way to make them offended.
2) Post in a way so that u dont make people take sides, which could cause another conflict within the clan
3) Try to follow the Forum Rules as much as you can, i have seen people double post and other types of spamming. Moderators are here for a reason, to clean up the forums and put everything where it goes. Let the mods clear up double posting, u dont have to criticize someone for making a posting error.

Another thing- read the post about Maintaining Seed's Unity ( located in the Announcements Forum).

I think everyone should read this and post their thoughts. From now on, anything that is said to offend a member of Seed, will be deleted. After this, those members will be noted and might have action taken against them. Warnings will be handed out, but i shouldn't have to do this and neither should the other mods. Please make sure u understand everything said here, and focus on making Seed a better place to be grnwink.gif

This is very good, thank you for posting this. From now on, please resolve your personal conflicts elsewhere and do not get SeeD involved (in a negative way). When the forums are upgraded to 1.2 there will be an improved warning system, and don't think that action won't be taken before then.

Overall, in two sentences, "Just don't post about or involve SeeD in personal conflicts in negative ways. Period."

Seems like Baseballl and cspace covered it. Double posting really isn't others' fault much. Sometimes their computer porbably freezes up and they click on "Add Reply" twice accidentally. It would be good though for everyone to always make sure they didn't double-post; and if they did, delete one of them. grnwink.gif

SOme confusion that happens with me and double posting, Is that i believe that a post should cover one topic. If i come up with another idea, I add it to the post. However, If I come up with a whole new train of though, I end up double posting.

In situation like X Zolon just mentioned, it should be okay. If you come up with another idea right after you add your reply (or post), you could probably just edit the message you just posted and make another paragraph.

Thanks, Dragon. That clears a few things up. Mind if I translate hard to read "New English" SPeech? as in Yhcln5's Amazon's and Death Snake's. Just translate it to readability.

I had this idea before (doesn't have to do with this topic though). Some people that don't think they have good grammar could ask a willing super moderator (or moderator) to edit their posts and fix their grammar. Probably not though because we don't want people thinking that they're going to change what they said in their post(s).

I was meaning to talk about this..
I dont mean to be taking sides or anything but from how i see it the 'death snake argument' was treated unfairly. X zolon and star jedi were made out to be the bad ones when they were only countering the insults and trying to stop death snake from acting that way.

When cspace posted in reply to death snakes quitting he apolagised that death snake was being treated badly. (Im not sure if he saw death snakes other posts..)
I think this should have been sorted out nice and formaly in seed court and been properly studied, as i see it death snake is the guilty party and not x zolon for pulling him to his senses.

For example this post of death snakes:
Star jedi and zolon u gives a crap.lol hahaha. And the city wat that all about.I think they built it tso they could make out.hahahaha.(goes insane)

This is just clear abuse and should not be tollerated (im all for giving second chances but it should be taken seriously)

cspace said to death snake:
Thank you Star Jedi, I am going to close this thread before it goes too far. If Death Snake would like to stay in SeeD everyone should make him feel welcome. Nobody seems to be giving him a chance, and I don't see why everyone should be so hostile toward those who make a few bad posts.

... and for Death Snake, I'm sorry about everything that is happening right now. Please post another thread if you would like to stay in SeeD, I'm sure that everyone will still welcome you.

I feel this is a bit unfair to x zolon and star jedi, death snake had been insulting them.

Im sorry if this sounds rantish but im just speaking my mind.

In conclusion i say that any arguments should be sorted out in seed court and be done with.

I agree. SeeD court should be used for its name. It should be a court. I'm willing to take this cas to court and sort it out.

I agree, i'm tired of some of the things I hear from Death Snake, even though I am willing to forgive him, I will not tolerate it anymore.

Sorry, I need to clear something up (this will remain closed):

I was not defending Death Snake's previous comments by any means, and I feel that all of the insults were not necessary (and shouldn't be tolerated). I'm also sorry for X Zolon and Star Jedi, though X Zolon and a few others wouldn't let it go and Death Snake would have no chance to make up for it. I have received a number of private messages regarding this, and it seems that X Zolon and others wanted to continue until Death Snake was gone (which is basically the same thing back to Death Snake with another purpose). I just wanted to stand up and end this before it went to far, and give Death Snake another chance if he still wanted to be in SeeD. If he no longer insults people, I don't see why anyone should keep going on about this conflict. If Death Snake continues insulting people, he will be banned from the forums. I doubt that he will though, as long as everyone forgets this.

It is over, the only thing keeping this conflict going is when it is brought back somehow with an insult back to Death Snake. How would you expect someone to react to that anyway?

If you want to deal with a conflict like this one, I would advise you to follow Star Jedi's example. Just try to resolve the conflict and don't pull the entire clan into it.

Just my word of advice, I'll keep this thread closed.
