Well I finally decided to buy Guild Wars today. Currently I have a lvl 4 character named Knock em Dead (I think thats what it was). Should be fun and interesting to try a new game like this.

Not really sure what i'm doing just yet. Basically just running around killing things and doing the quests. Starting to get the hang of it.

Pre-Searing (the area you'd be in now) is easy enough, and it's a nice fun way to get the hang of the game.

yeh, i like the starting area, its nice and happy . just make sure you dont leave the area until ur about lvl 7, ive seen ppl make that mistake, and its hard to stay alive in the next area on lvl 3

Ascalon becomes this brown hellhole which isn't easy on the eyes

Kryta would be nice if it wasnt for all the undead

The undead are the best bit when you can use Smiting Prayers to deal extra damage.

But yeah, post-searing Ascalon is pretty ugly.

I left at level 5, I'm a few hundred exp from lvl 6. I'm managing ok but its a little tough.

Not really, Krako. There's a newbie area place to let you get the hang of the game, none of the monsters there are all that tough so it should be easy enough to get usd to it.

And yeah, once you leave pre-searing it can be pretty tough at first, until you level up a little. If you need a hand with quests or something when I'm on some time, I could probably help out.

IVe got guild wars now......have to say, the graphics are freaking PWNAGEx100. well...im only lvl 2 right now though...so im a bit of a noobeh.....

Don't worry, you'll get the hang of the game pretty fast.

My primary is Necromancer, and my secondary is Mesmer, im lvl 7 right now.

I want to make sure im pretty much as strong as i can be before i begin the academy, i want to make sure im pretty tooled up and decent before i dive head first into the hellfire.

hmm.....seesm ive dne everyting in pre searing...should i keep looking for extra XP quests? or should i just go tot erh academy and advance the story? im not sure if ive done all the quests yet even!
