Members And Non Members

I have a question about items and interaction. Can a non member use a member weapon (IE: dragon sword) through buying it? Also can members go into non member worlds with the same character as in the member worlds? ((carry over))

While members can still go on to non-members worlds, no item that is a members item (I.E dragon long sword) is usuable. It simply says Members object in your inventory.
