hey im starting a new clan and wish to ally with any one else who wishes to ally.
As for goals there is not any in mind. When problems arise we will be there to try and end the dispute. In a way our goal is to make runescape a community not just a game. We want people to have fun and be social.
Requirements are that the higher level you are the no better of a chance you are of being higher ranked. EVERYONE IS ACCEPTED!!! Senority is a hi persuaser though.
