Well, we've had Comcast for about 3 years now. Three problem-filled, non-consistent, evil years of internet service. And now, it'll all change.

Because, on Friday, we're installing FIOS.

Let's put this in perspective. For $50 per month, with Comcast, we get (usually) inconsistent, weather-affected internet, with top speeds of 4mbps downstream and 384Kbps upstream. With FIOS... For the same price, non-weather-affected, essentially consistent internet, with 15mbps downstream, and 2mbps upstream.

No-brainer... eh?

Gah, that's some evil speed you have there. eek4.gif

Oh well, enjoy it. And I'm not too jealous, my internet is fairly reliable and I don't really need it to be any faster.

Wow, 15 down! eek4.gif RoadRunner is somewhat reliable, but I only get 3mb down and 300kb up for $45 per month.
