*Shivers* Ever considered seeing a psychologist, then?
But... well, sometimes I think I'm almost a little bit too young. I mean, my parents don't think I should be dating until I'm 16-17, but I don't know... That, in addition to everything else.

Yes, there's that. And I understand how your parents feel. Here's plan B.
Tell her you WOULD like to start a relationship (If you want to. Entirely up to you.), However you feel you're too young and would like to wait until you're older. And hope she understands and will wait.

Overwhelmed as one would be, placed in my position.

Parents can be a drag with something like this.
I know my mum... err... can be quite... disgustingly humorous about stuff like this.
Anyway. If you're arkward then just walk up to her, wait for a bit of silence (can be guaranteed if you're both nervous) and then just say "Hey... umm... do you want to go to the movies or something?" or something along those lines.

A) he's asy, hyper. i thought that went without saying.
B) all parents say that. as soon as you tell them that you like someone and she likes you back, they would be overjoyed. hopefully....
This was totally out-dated.

Okay, I've made a bit of a decision - I'm going to leave this to myself for now. Thanks, guys: you gave some very good advice.
I'll be sure to keep it in mind. But, if you guys don't mind, I'm going to close this. I'd rather no more comments on it.
