Oh yeah. I also had to do whatever quest you had to do to use the dragon longs 
Meh. Well, I mostly quit cuz I had decided that it was getting boring. But I've thought about restarting. I'm only f2p now, and I don't plan on because p2p again unless I actually decide to play again.
How would getting 60 attack be easy?

There's a quest to use Dragon Long? Is it Lost City?
And getting 60 shouldn't be hard, ad least. Fish for a while so you have ample food, and go to lessers or something if you're f2p. Karamja + Lob spots. Take a hatchet and tinderbox with you so you won't have to wait for those jerks that "sell" fire.
