If you mean SeeD Rank then that is done by Cspace and the other admins, if you mean becoming a mod/smod/etc then the same applies, however you should never ask to be a moderator. Asking how is fine but asking to is not.
I will simply tell you how not to become one:
1) Be mean to others.
2) Don't listen to the rules.
3) Post whever you want and whatever you want.
4) Constantly beg and ask for fr33 stuff.
5) Ask to be a mod, smod, admin, or basically anything with power.
6) Don't pay attention to when a staff member (moderators and higher) tell you stuff.

Oh and I'm moving this to GD, not a problem though, getting used to where to post these things can take time.
