Actually Cspace stated (via IM) that he'd only give them away for special occasions, like say if someone controled a forum without being a mod, for example a faction forum or something.

I hate pointless topics...*wants to remove point system*

If everyone is going to Spam like this, we might as well just give everyone infinite points, rather than getting 1 point a post and wasting our time reading pointless topics like this.
