How do you do it?

Most of you get good grades.
I know you do, don't lie.
Most of you are addicted to SeeD.
I know you are, don't lie.
Now a normal person just can't do that. You CAN'T spend 4 hours of homework and 3 hours on seed in a 5 hour work time. Not pissible. So how do you do it?
Like for example, some people I know go to the library or something and don't let themself leave until all their work is done.
Some people put a timer on their internet so it only allows them on for an hour a day.
What should I do? Cuz right now my grades are dropping, I'm on the verge of Cs, and if I get a single C (well except for scince, cuz my parents hate the teacher), I'll get grounded. And no, don't suggest willpower, cuz I have none. HLELP MLEH!

Well I know I can't lie... I get good grades, don't study and spend most of my time either on SeeD or playing computer games.
Well for one, I do homework before school in the 15mins I have Tutor Group and then just do it whenever I feel like it - I never do homework at home unless it's really important. If it's real important, I do the homework the night before it's due... although I somehow don't recommend that.
I have no idea about the grades thing though... I never study for tests and I mostly never pay attention in class. I usually muck around with Callum or Andrew if we're sitting near each other during school yet I seem to do good. For instance, today we just got our History paper on Ireland back... I got 9/12 and an Excellence mark for my essay yet I didn't really know what I was writing about for my essay... I just picked up random information and made it sound convincing. I guess I just work my way through tests with information I get from other sources rather than the class I'm meant to get it in.
The library? I haven't been there for a while. Even if I do go there for work, I'd just get out a book to read or just do another class subject altogether.
The internet timer? I have a computer timer now since my dad decided (due to mum's complaining) that I spend too much time on the computer so it doesn't let me log on before 9am or after 10pm. So I just keep my computer running past 10pm and shut it down once I get off. If I want to go on before 9am, I just log on the administrator user on my computer... so the computer thing doesn't really work for me.
If you don't want me to say willpower... then I'll say be optimistic. Just look ahead and enjoy things you do in class and you'll be good. Be optimistic about hard work or subjects you dislike and then everything will get brighter.
I guess for me... I dunno what to say about me slacking off yet getting good grades. I'm Asian?

That's the one!
Actually, I'm just like you, except I'm talking about those 'really important' things that I have to do at home yet I don't.

Hehe, :withtanny:.
Well, other than the asian part.
Still, I've messed up a few important things recently, I really have to start spending more time doing homework and studying than I do now. Next year really isn't possible unless you put 100% into it.
Try keeping a list of what you need to get done, nice and visibly. A little blackboard or whiteboard in your room would probably be ideal for that. That way you know what is coming up, and you can plan accordingly.
And if your willpower is as weak as mine is, try to set yourself rewards. Rather than going on the net before you get your homework done, say to yourself 'Once I get this done, I can spend an hour on SeeD'. That kind of stuff can help motivate me occasionally.

Well, here's how it works. I wasn't active on SeeD 'till the strike. Once that ends, so does my large amount of activity. I can only really get on SeeD very much when there's small amounts of homework. That's just it. I don't understand it ether.

That's me, except I'm not getting all that great marks. We have exams coming up, and my mum is making me study for them. But when it comes to studying, I know how to do all the work, but in exams, I just screw up.
Just try and study and if you do it often enough it should be reinforced in your head, and hopefully you won't forget it, that's my strategy.

I didn't find SeeD 'til just after I finished school
I never studied anyway, I couldn't have cared less about my grades.

bit of a predictament you have there. Well all i can suggest is set yourself a kinda timetable. Such as study and do your homework for so many hours then spend whatever time you want on seeD and games and such things. O and don't forget to eat and sleep.

I advanced a grade, now I get much less homework.
I'd say get a variety of things to get your brain moving I suppose. I drum teacher tells me to practice drums for like 10-15 min, then switcht o homework for a bit, then switch back to drums (depends on how much homework I have). It gets both sides of your brain moving, so if you just can't concentrate on something, doing another activity may help get you moving.
