Thieving i wanna know the lvls and places to go

I've been a member for a day and i want to get my thieving up. can someone tell me what lvl i need to be to steal from things other than men? I'm lvl 3 thieving now.

Chests

27 - Nature Rune Chest
43 - 50Gp Chest
46 - Steel Arrow Head Chest (lockpick needed)
59 - Blood Runes Chest
72 - Paladin Tower Chest

Stalls

5 - Cakes
20 - Silk
35 - Fur
50 - Silver
65 - Spice
75 - Gems

NPCs

For NPCs, it is best to train on them once you are 5 - 10 lvls above the required level
1 - Man
15 - Farmer
25 - Warrior
32 - Rogue
40 - Guard
55 - Knight
65 - Yanille Watchman
70 - Paladin
80 - Hero

Is the blood rune chest below the herb factory surrounded by giants/ogres/something?

Yes, it is. There are two chests surrounded with about 6 ogre spawns.
Each chest gives 2 blood runes, and 500gp. It teleports you just inside Ard,.
