I'm making a guess here, but I guess it's like small/medium-sized groups devoted to fishing, cooking, selling, etc? Maybe just fishing then giving to the cooking group, but basically they work together to get money from what they made/sold, and then split the profits with whoever helped and/or is in the company.

Just a guess, but there you go,
