Q1 - we have no requirements except you can not be a hacker or a rulebreaker.
Q2 - Ummm I don't think we actually meet very often or a maybe not at all. I could be wrong though.
Q3 - Just joining the forums means you are automatically in seeD. If there are any meetings then you should be able to go without signing up for anything.
So with that outta the way i would like to welcome you to seeD and please feel free to pm me with any questions

Although meetings are not "official", any member can still hold an event in the Events Forum. So events are starting to be held more often due to the recent merger with UFF, take a looksee
