My avatar is the sword Narsil, which I chose for a specific reason. It is that which cuts the ring of power from the overlord.

* * *

In "Lord of The Rings", Aragorn is the son of Arathorn, and heir to the Kingdom of Gondor. His ancestor, Isildur, was the King who cut the Ring of Power from the hand of Sauron with the sword Narsil.

The "Ring of Power" was an evil ring that could not be used for good despite its user's best intentions. It was forged to control other rings for domination of Middle Earth.

Golem found this ring calling it his "Precious". The ring drove him to madness. He would kill anyone that would take it from him and would do anything to get it back.

Some players of Runescape can be tempted by power and desire to dominate other players. This I call the "Precious" of overlording clanleaders and others like them.

Beware of the temptation of this "ring" of desiring to be a boss over others in the United Freedom Fighters Movement, in SeeD Clan, or in Runescape. Once the ring is put on it can be hard to give it up.

Overlording is not the model of leadership in United Freedom Fighters Movement. Resist it! Fight against it! We in UFF believe in "by-example" leadership. You are what you do.

"I must have my precious!", says the overlording clanleader.

Don't become like this!
