Looks similar, though is not the same. InvisionFree provides the same stuff, though it works differently (and is a thoroughly hacked version). The databases aren't even the same, and that is why they say you cannot transfer an InvisionFree database. While it is quite good, it is a system which allows more customization through the browser and none through the actual database, files, or FTP. grnwink.gif

I'm finishing up with the macros and increasing the number of emoticons you can select from the box (without clicking "Show All").

Also, I'm going to be leaving soon, so I can't really get on RS at the moment (if I have time I'll get onto chat in a sec). Thanks anyway TheSmile.gif

You don't have to purchase a forum, the actual script is free. You just need a host that has PHP and MySQL support, and then install the board on the host through FTP.

... And for that, you don't have to pay very much (if anything). Check out the list of hosts on CurvedSpace and it may give you some ideas (free hosts are generally slower or provide ads, though they are great if you're new to making websites). TheSmile.gif

I just want to yel at Shaw and get them to start supporting some of the cool stuff.

Also, Cspace, now that SeeD and CurvedSpace are joined, I might right some game reviews. What should I strive for as a word count?

And I might just take your advice.

Except for I don't have a dang FTP program. *grumples* CuteFTP expired.

For a word count, I would go for at least.... 2-300 probably. Make it about a page or so thumb.gif

Kind of. It's a moderator feature that allows you to warn people when they are breaking rules or abusing your forum.

Yup. See the mod forum for details, I set up a temp warning system that will work until Cspace changes it. It's pretty lenient.
