Well, as for when, I would probably do some time around... say 2-6 AM Eastern Standard Time. There are probably a maximum of 300 people per server, at least from what I've experienced thumb.gif

Full 24 hours, people are in there on every server, even members. Trut me, even the new members server which had only 50 peopl eonline had at least 10 people in there.

You want to go on the world with the most people (but not many ppl in mining guild) for faster spawn times.
