"Today a young man on acid realized that all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration. That we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively. There is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves. Here's Tom with the weather."

"It's not a war on drugs, it's a war on personal freedom. Keep that in mind at all times."

Starcraft:
- Based more on unit formation and build order strategies.
- Three races: The Terrens (humans), Zerg (bugs, hehe), and Protoss (advanced alien civilization).
- Can efficiently use more units.
- A good game to start with if you're not sure if you like real time strategy games. It is easy to jump from this game to Warcraft.
Warcraft:
- Can have up to three "heros", or special characters which level as you have battles (always start at level 1 in online play). They have special abilities that increase and improve up to level 9.
- Four races: The Humans ('nuff said), Orcs (barbaric), Night Elves (forest elves), and Undead (...undead
- Strategies based on unit formations, build orders, and hero advancement.
- Not as easy to have a large force of units.
- Can pick up items (heros can) and attack neutral NPC critters/enemies (elements of RPGs).
Both are great games, and I'm sure that if you like that genre you will enjoy both very much.
