Download the windows client, and when it asks for the server hostname/IP, use 58.6.64.79

Unless I'm doing a server backup, or we have a powercut, it'll be on 24/7. I just bound PgUp to speak, and PgDown to say "Goto loves janey!" It'll be much better for ingame tactics.

Yes I'm pretty sure "Goto loves Janey!" is a very good tactic to have.

I'll check out this Ventrilo.

Chatting ingame without typing would be real good 'cause then we could give instructions and tactics real fast and focus more... or distract people more in the case of you, Matt.

Ventrilo is much better than TeamSpeak, as it is much clearer and causes less lag. I used both of those in my FPS days . I'll get on the server every now and then.

It took me about 10 minutes to work out it was meant to say 'Goto loves Janey' and not 'Goto loves Jelly'.

We were testing it out before, seemed to be working fine. We would need to test how it deals while GW is running, to make sure neither is lagging out excessively. Should be fine though, and Bigbro's internet connection should just about be able to handle it.

It can easily take the downloads, just the uploads will be a pain in the ***. 1.5mbit can easily download it all, but only 256kb/s uploads. I wonder how it does it though, maybe it just mashes it all together, and uploads the one feed and the client just grabs it, instead of sending it to multiple people. :S
