Just a quick note for those that say we never hold any events, and that we need to be more active in-game. There have been 19 or 20 event topics in the last 10 days, nearly all of which are RS related. However a lot of the people that commented we need more events don't seem to have been interested in them, or just haven't looked for themselves.

Ah, nevermind Cspace. You asked about admins interacting with the community, so I thought you were worried about that area. I understand your thoughts and plans now though, so no worries. grnwink.gif

I guess I should explain a little, hehe.

I can understand those who are saying that the community admins are inactive. There are certain reasons why MoS or I have not been here for the past few weeks, which are reasons that are certainly beyond our control, lol. As Cspace has already said, Stuffy is having evil computer problems, and I am always surprised when he manages to get on and check on the forums whenever he can. As for me, I'll be back full time in the middle of January, and I'll explain if you would like to read on. First we've had an ice storm that knocked our power out for four days, which killed our school's exam schedule. So during November/December I had to study for exams which I thought were a week ago, but were cancelled and placed after Christmas break, January 5th - 7th icon_sweatdrop.gif I have also been in Florida for the past week dealing with my Dad's relatives at St. Augustine, and before that week I had been visiting with my Mom's side of the family...and with the ACT/SAT applications/registrations/studying, those have taken up quite a lot of my spare time, along with trying to study for my last 6 exams after the break, and also a private reason.

Please don't take this post the wrong way, I am very grateful for the feedback. Although, PMing an Smoderator that is on (which usually there is always one Smod on, which is what was planned) would be an easier, if better option for you to consider for help (and please do), and they will be much faster in helping you, hehe. I know I have not been diligent lately with checking the moderator forums, since at the moment I can only come on a few times and check my PM box here, and then get back to studying. I will fix my activity soon, but right now (or well, anytime for that matter), please send me a PM if there is something going on that I need to look at, but consider the Smod option first. I would be happy to, heh, but otherwise I don't have an idea of what is going on, and I won't be able to help you. Please do not expect a fast reply, even after I read a PM pointing to an argument I have not looked at before, I like to take a look at everything before I reply/make a post (unless of course it requires quickness, but most things are not immediate and allow a thought process, lol).

I really think that the moderators are doing an excellent job, especially in the moderator forum.. posting topics when one is unsure of what to do is exactly what the forum is for, to gather many opinions and get a decision from there; I'm really glad when I see it, hehe. And of course an argument or two will pop up there once and awhile, but I really think all the mods have been very mature about it, and it's really nothing to worry about. Most problems to not require immediate action, which means you can always post a topic in there about something and get more opinions on what to do, don't be afraid to! IMO, we have a great moderator team, but, lol, some are thinking it must be perfect for it to be up to standard, and in no way is any moderator team perfect..mistakes are always to be made, but there is no reason to get upset about it. Just move on, be a team and offer a hand when one member of it trips. Life is learning, nothing bad about that (although school is pretty evil, I gotta admit..).

I am on MSN and AIM a lot of the time when I am not on here, so please IM me on a messenger if you are having trouble reaching me.
