Well all that emote seems to be showing is people playing Runescape, which I see no reason for trying to stop.
A noble goal to try to stop hackers though, there are a lot of SeeDs that think likewise. Good luck.

Err, you want to stop people playing RuneScape..? 
We can't really report hacking attempts seen, since you can't witness hacking, but any scams seen in RS are reported by most/all SeeDs.
