Once a permaban hits you all you can do is quit or start over.

you'd get 2 santas you say? that means two things:

1: he's pretty desperate, which prolly means perma ban.
2: he must have gotten them in an unfair way (and prolly have lots more) (such as hacking), unless he's played a long time.

I think I was told that if someone was going to appeal a ban, then they have to do it themselves. Jagex got ticked off at me when I did it for someone, and told me it's their job to do it.
Overwhelmed as one would be, placed in my position.
Such a heavy burden now to be "The One".
