USA would win if it did happen, though I doubt it. Australia's cool.

America would easily occupy NZ, but since everyone hates America here they'd have a tough time holding it without torturing people and stuff

America is hated by everybody so Asia and Africa and Europe would join Australia's side(Australia and NZ are based on the British government, and most of Asia hate America, and Africa wants their people back.)
