Pakistan. India may be bigger but it would degenerate into total chaos after wave after wave of bombings and such.

It'd have to be complete and utter genocide for one to take over. What I mean by that is, kill anyone who isn't from the same country as you. This is practically the only way to do things down there to get the least number of casualties.

India would win imo.

Although Pakistan has more nukes, They don't have that much more.

And I'm saying nuclear war between these two and not between USA and anywhere else cos I reckon they'd actually do it =/

You would have to take in account that India is more economically developed than Pakistan and so could produce more weapons of war but Pakistan gets their money from oil... so in the near future India as Pakistan will run out of money meaning less weapons are going to be produced
