Got as many email addresses as I want. This way, if I start getting spam to it, I just remove the link which sends it from seed -> matt, and no more spam.

My braces are being evil. Like the bottom ones are fine 'cause I've had them for ages but the top ones make me writhe in agony once every few seconds since the coil is spreading apart two lots of teeth.

I have to swallow food whole for a while before the pain goes away and the brackets set in.
