Well, I just recently made it to the granite citadel (Tanny told me where it was) so I went to the armor shop and I saw what looked like the 15k armors. (Why do the ingredients seem like regular common items I thought they usually needed some very rare stuff...) Anyway, I was wondering what do the sets look like when worn. (pyro set, hydro set, etc) And also are these the real 15k armor... cause I heard stuff like ectoplasm and stuff needed for those?

the 15k armour you talk of Althena is FoW armour which would require ectos to make and i have to admit the ele one of that looks very nice indee

Well there are two kinds of 15k Armour really.

There's the normal, cheap, 15k Armour which can be obtained at either the Granite Citadel or Marhan's Grotto. Each piece costs 15k along with either cheap or expensive materials. This is usually the armour many would get if they wish to spend money to look cool.

On the other hand there's the Armour which also costs 15k however this also needs items like Ectoplasm and stuff. Also known as Fissure Armour... this is the most expensive armour in the game however looks awesome.

Yeah... I'm not too sure about current prices, but I know it used to be that a full set of fissure armour would set you back about 1.5 mil gold. I think declining ecto prices have reduced that, but it's still very expensive. Just stick with the regular 15k armour, I think.

Those are fissure. 15k are just aeromancer, geomancer, etc.

Hehe, so those were the original colors... It's been so long I have forgotten. I'm not a big fan of the default purple look (dye remover). Last I tried was to get my Hydromancer to look "pure white." Well... 50k worth of dye later... I gave up.

Elementalist Fissure armor looks quite good, but I don't think there is anything "uber" special about regular 15k armor for elementalists. That's just my opinion though .

Thanks for the infos... I'm a little disappointed at the ectoplasm armors they seem like necromancer armors not very attractive x.x

Of all them I think the aeromancer and hydromancer look best. Maybe even the collector made ones.

Yeah, FoW armour doesn't look that good for most classes, Monk and Ranger are by far the best, and even then Ranger only looks good because it's pretty bland.
