Actually Underworld or Fissue of Woe from Temple of Ages is home server related. That's how the favor system works, it jumps from one region to the next depending on the Hall of Heroes battle outcomes. (You fight for your own home server)

55 monk is pretty easy, it really depends where you are trying to farm though. Are you doing Griffon? Troll? Hydra? UW? They all rely on a few basic skills:

Protective Spirit, Healing Breeze, B. Defense, Mend.

The next four skills you can mix and match to your liking and depending on what you're going up against.

For example, if I am in the Underworld with a reliable SS Necro, I would tote:
Blessed Aura, Spell Breaker, Baltzie's Spirit, Watchful Spirit.

You also need the hardware:
Any amount of armor protection will do, so I use the Lion's Arch Ascetic's armor (it just costs you a bit of gold and some parchment). I use the protection head piece, just because it's what I have left over from my old soloing days. You'll also need one holy rod and the -50 health grim cesta received as a quest reward from that Scribe in Ascalon City. I believe the quest is called Monuments of Ascalon.

When you get into the Underworld, put on your enchantments and wait for your partner to give you Blood Ritual a few times. When you're at max energy, throw on protective spirit and run into the first three Aatxe's on the left. You may notice a Dying Nightmare pop up (or two) so toss on spell breaker and kill them with your rod. If you let them life, or if you don't have spell breaker on, you'll lose all your enchantments and die. Which isn't a terrible thing... unless they aggro your SS Necro and you both die.

The teaching experience is better when it's actually happening. Let me know if you need help when you're actually ready to go in.
