This is like, my last hard pre-searing quest, though I need someone to pull the lever, so next time someone sees me online, it would be great if I you could me out. I just have this one and some prize hog thing (that tanny doesn't like ).

EDIT: Nevermind, I ended up asking in the Abbey for a partner, and another newbie needed to do it, too. I now know why Tanny said that place is evil..We spent about five minutes of just traveling through the Northlands, then I see some Grwals which I attack. Then i found out it's like 10 grawls stacked on top of each other, lol. I was wondering "Why isn't my ally helping?", then I turned around and see this huge rock golem thing attacking her. It ended up killing her, but "Tanny's pet" pwned it to death, hehe. I've finished all of the pre-searing quests, I'll finish the primary next time I'm online. Also, I recruited that ally I was with, I told her to add 'Whitemage Tanny' and say Jaiden recommended.

Nighthawk gave me a bottle of green dye when we met up in Ascalon, but that was after he tried to give some insane bow. I'd rather work my way up for that, but for dye I don't really care since it's just dye. But apparently the black is rare according to Nighthawk.. I still like green.

Are dyes random drops anyways from any monster? Because I already have a yellow and a purple from pre-searing.

Nighthawk gave me a bottle of green dye when we met up in Ascalon, but that was after he tried to give some insane bow. I'd rather work my way up for that, but for dye I don't really care since it's just dye. But apparently the black is rare according to Nighthawk.. I still like green.

Yeah black dye is REALLY rare... only need yet another 3 bottles of black dye to re-dye my Rogue's Armour.

And dyes are random drops from almost any moster.

In terms of weapons, green are uber rare, gold is rare, purple has extra mods, blue has normal mods and white is normal.

so....greens are worth more than golds if i follow that "precise" flow chart?

Just an extra little add-on thing. Greens are called 'uniques', and always have the same mods. You can only get them in particular areas or off particular enemies. Blue, purple and gold weapons are kind of random, you can get lots of different combinations of damage, requirement and mods. So a green is guaranteed to be good, even though you can sometimes find purples or golds that are just as good.

I had a great gold sword.. until i clicked it by accident with a salvage kit =(

Luckily i found a better one later on anyway.
