Spikeout contacted me on MSN and asked me to post this. I'm not taking sides, just passing the message on where he asked it be posted.

That was so very heart-felt. He really seems sorry. Honestly, if he isn't sorry for the part he did, why should he even care to 'clear his name' on a community he doesn't care about anymore? He even said, even if he thought that Hyper didn't deserve it, he didn't regret it. He doesn't really seem like he even wants anyone to forgive him. It just doesn't make sense that he'd want to clear his name if he doesn't care about the community <.<

I know fersken and that guy sent me a similar program, thank god for my firewall and all the security measures I have. I'd like to try and get into contact with spikeout and see if what he said is true. Because I have been hearing a lot of rumors flying around this guy. Well if spikeout has msn I am going to see what the truth is.

Spike is..... nevermind. I wont say it. Anyways I think he's very ignorant to blame his bad behavior on Base. Base did what was right, and somehow what Spike did wrong is now Base's fault... Whatever Spike. No one believes you and no one cares.

Regardless of how careful we are there is always a chance for mistakes. If anyone has action wrongly taken against him or her such as a suspension, it is that member's responsibility to talk to an administrator. In this case (if a mistake was made), one doesn't need to create a situation in retaliation for what could potentially be fixed otherwise, privately, with an admin. Contrary to what some like to claim we will try to work with any member, banned or otherwise.

I'm not saying that this was a mistake or was right, but unfortunately enough was done as a result that Spike's indefinite ban will have to remain. If he wishes to potentially have the ban lifted in the future he may contact me regarding the matter. Otherwise I will ask that he not try to cause strife within SeeD. I am sorry, and I hope there can be a more positive end to this for everyone involved.

I had several reason for taking action other than Fersken said so. I had Spike bragging about his proxy, convos between Spike and Fersken, and another anonymous member giving me information. If in fact all three sources proved to be wrong, Spike should have contacted me or an admin to resolve it, not flame me and post pornography. I welcome your concern if you think I did something wrong, however, you should do it in a responsible manner other than making explicit names about me. For one thing, I could care less what you call me. Another thing, it only hurts you and not helps.

Also, I didn't accuse you (Spike) or anyone of keylogging. I simply gave a warning to SeeD members in case there was a keylogger. It is better to be safe than sorry. If you can bypass permission for me to accept the transfer (resulting in me getting kicked off Aim), then I'm sure you could bypass permission to send an infected file. After getting kicked atleast 5 times, I gave Spike a warning to stop or I would do something about it. He went ahead and took me off one more time, so I consulted his ISP. His ISP told me to take it up with his parents and gave me their names, address, and phone number to do so. I gave it a day to see if Spike changed, most kids do. Spike came on to Aim and apologized to me for what he did and said the program was only a kicker, so I didn't contact his parents. That doesn't mean I won't if this continues because I can't be getting kicked off when I have serious work to do and I won't allow someone like that to control my internet usage. So whoever speaks with Spike, tell him what I have posted and if he doesn't think I have his parent's information, he can contact me to discuss it. However, I will not give this to anyone else because of privacy reasons for Spike. That is between him and I.
