WE won't see it. The earth will. Every star has an end. If it's uber huge, then it implodes, creating a black hole. If it's small, like our sun, it explodes. Earth would get caught in the explosion and most likely be incinerated.

Most likely our own Sun will not nova, let alone supernova. It will give off a small puff at the end when carbon is fusing in the core; a planetary nebula will be formed as a result. I know I'm being technical, and yes we will be incinerated in the debris after the sun becomes a white dwarf, but I had to point this out bluetongue.gif . *Requests Cspace comment*

I'd just like to say something that my history professor said that I found quite humorous that's fairly relevant to this.

"The number one relgion on this planet is Catholocism. Know what number two is? Non-practicing Catholics."

Also, for everyone's info on this subject, the Antichrist will have blonde hair and blue eyes and is currently living in the middle east and is between the ages of 5 and 15 at the moment, according to the same professor. He's quite the conspiracy theorist, yet quite convincing at times eek7.gif

Actually, you are wrong. Buddhism believes in Siddartha Gauthama, yes, but he was just a prince that obtained nirvana. He wasn't a God, not even a Semi-God.

Frty, sending threats isn't allowed on SeeD. And I think it's stupid over a discussion. It's okay that someone doesn't think what you think, it's the law of nature. No need to get angry because of it.

Oh yeah, terrorists attacks in London were natural disasters.

Anyway, that list's not really proof there isn't a god.

You do realize war and terrorism are caused by people, right?
That death occurs so birth can exist. Otherwise we'd all be half-staved and unable to stop the suffering.
That many diseases are caused by mutations, often because medicine has nearly stopped the original's survival.
And, as far as natural disasters, even if God does exist, science still has meaning. Hurricanes are natural storm systems. What causes hurricanes? The sun, the Coriolis effect, wind shear, and other things; not God saying "WTF is wrong with dem? I'm gonna send a hurricane to destroy that one city near the trade winds and surrounded by warm water."

I can go on if you want. bluetongue.gif

*Points out Buddah never said anything about God*

God is already with us, he is everywhere, but in physical form He is still yet to come.

When you look at Scriptural passages, you should never hand-in-hand with science being that nowadays everything has a logical explanation. Like the 10 plagues, when the Nile turned to blood, it could have been over populating red algea which sparked the plagues to occur. Or the 2 stories of Creation, it came from two different sources. Its all in the Dogmatic Constitution on Divine Revelation. God's power is infinite. You read the bible as it is, contextually.

It means that you're trying to make us figure out a statement that need not be figured out.

This is the debate forum. We don't need people saying, "HEEY !!!1!! I'M ATHESTI AND I MuST B RITE CUZ ATHEITS RULE!"

Step back and look at what you're all debating. We're not debating whether there is or isn't a God. We're debating if Jesus is returning. Which, from every standpoint except Christianity, is insane. If he did really come back, though, it'd be awesome if he was a zombie.

Religion causes most wars, terrorist attacks, and affects the making of laws. Those natural things are, first of all, due to the Earth's atsmospheric changing. It's been a few million years since the last Ice Age, and we're going into a new one. The terrorist attacks are coming from those idiots in the Middle East screaming about the infidels invading (We're infidels, yet they're using video tapes to send us threats? GET WITH THE FRIGGING TIMES!), yet attacking the infidels homeland to make them angry.

And finally, why the hell are you putting death on the list? Death is not a recently emerging trend, okay? It's been around since, oh, I dunno, ever? So pishaw to you, my good sir.
